Shaun Merrell, President & Founder
Prior to starting
Unlimited Services Available, Shaun Merrell was the owner of a residential/commercial ground-up construction company. Due to his success and growth during the last year of his ownership of that company, he was able to bring on a larger staff and started “lending out men” to other contractors that did not want the hassle and aggravation of hiring.
In 1993, Mr. Merrell began to consider the concept of another avenue of business. With the success and recognition he was receiving from “lending his men” out, Mr. Merrell made the leap from a contractor to owning a construction staffing firm. Thus, in 1994, Unlimited Services Available was officially born. By 1996, Unlimited Services Available had taken off, establishing relationships with both local and out-of-state contractors in need of quality skilled manpower.
Since then, Mr. Merrill has expanded, establishing offices in additional locations. Unlimited Services Available has grown to serve areas in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia, with abilities to provide a skilled labor force to contractors around the Continental U.S.
